• No Swimming Skills Required: You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy this charter. Life jackets are provided and mandatory for your safety.
• Weather Dependent: Sailing is governed by wind speed and tides. If weather conditions are unfavorable, your ride may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for your safety. Your cooperation in these natural circumstances is highly appreciated.
• Mandatory ID: A valid Government ID proof is mandatory for all passengers before boarding. Your ride cannot begin without it.
• Government Regulations: As we sail from the highly secure Gateway of India harbor, trips can occasionally be cancelled by authorities. In such rare cases, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
