Please arrive at the meeting point 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled activity for a smooth check-in process.

It is mandatory for each guest to carry a government-approved photo ID (original). You may be required to show this ID to security officials before sailing.

Additional Services:

Enhance your sailing experience with optional extras such as balloon decoration, fruit champagne, bouquets, and cakes, available at an additional cost.

On the Day of Your Sail:

After completing your booking, you will receive a WhatsApp message or SMS one day before your sail. This message will include the contact details of our representative who will assist you on the day of the event.

Swimming Proficiency:

No swimming skills are required to enjoy the sail, as life jackets will be provided for your safety.

Weather Conditions:

Sailing is dependent on weather conditions, including wind speed and tide. Please be prepared for potential wait times of one hour or more beyond your scheduled start time.

No, we do not provide any food items on the sailing boat. However, you are welcome to bring your own finger food, snacks, and soft drinks to enjoy while sailing.

In case of rescheduling, 25% of the booking cost will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • 5 days before the date of sail - 100% refund
  • 72 hours before the time of sail - 50% refund
  • Post 72 hours - 100% cancellation fee will be charged (No refund)

If the call goes unattended, drop a message along with your name and event, and we will get back to you.

Once the amount is paid, a refund will only be provided as per the above policy.
