  • No refunds for traffic delays or late arrival

  • If sailing is canceled due to bad weather or government restrictions, you will be offered either a rescheduling option or a 50% refund

  • 5 days before the date of sail - 100% refund
  • 72 hours before the time of sail - 50% refund
  • Post 72 hours - 100% cancellation fee will be charged (No refund)
